Cheesy Breakfast Rings


These are fun and easy and prefect for weekend family breakfast where each person can customize their own or as a make and take for on the go or regrigerate after cooking them and heat them up later in the week!


Here is what you need:

4 eggs, whisked

6 whole onion “ring” slices

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 slices of chopped bacon

Donut pan


How to make them:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.

  2. Slice an onion into rings.

  3. Put half of your cheese into a greased donut pan with your onion rings, eggs, bacon and remaining cheese on top.

  4. Bake for 20 mins, take them out & enjoy!


This will make 4 small or 2 bigger size rings depending how big your donut pan is! What an easy, delicious high protein breakfast idea that's low carb and simple to make!
