Healthy Protein Brownies

With 15g protein each!!


Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup nut butter

1/2 cup organic maple syrup

1/2 cup Arbonne Essential Meal Chocolate protein

1/4 cup organic cocoa powder

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips for topping


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Add all ingredients to food processor.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Line 8x8 brownie pan with parchment or grease w oil. Evenly spread the batter in the pan. Top with chocolate chips. Bake for 25 minutes!

  5. Let cool for 30, top with flaky salt, cut into 6 bars and enjoy!!!


Nutrition: 15 G protein/ 47 g carbs/ 26 g fat/ 440 calories per bar!
