Exercise While Traveling

No equipment - No problem! Try one of these workouts while traveling:


#1 - 20 AMRAP (As many reps as possible in 20 min)

100m Run/Walk

5 Push Ups 10 Air Squats 15 Sit Ups



#2 - 10 Rounds for Time 10 Jumping Squats 10 Burpees 10 Jumping Lunges



#3 - Perform each exercise for :50, Rest :10 (repeat 2x) 1. Jumping Jacks 2. Push Ups 3. High Knees

4. Plank 5. Hand Stand Hold or Down Dog Hold 6. Tuck Jumps 7. Side Planks (:25 each side) 8. Lunges
