A mini nervous system reset you can do any day 🌀
Your nervous system is the command center for how you feel — physically, emotionally, mentally. But in a world that rarely slows down, it's easy for your body to stay stuck in on mode.
Here’s the good news: shifting out of that state doesn’t have to mean an hour-long meditation or a week off the grid. Just a few minutes of intentional, sensory-based care can help your body move from fight-or-flight into rest-and-restore.
Try one of these:
Walk without your phone — Even just 10–15 minutes outside without notifications can lower cortisol, calm your mind, and regulate your vagus nerve (your body's calm-down switch).
Legs up the wall — This simple pose helps move lymph, reduce inflammation, support venous return, and gently signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to relax. (Great after a long day or workout.)
At-home lymphatic massage — Light strokes down the sides of your neck, across your chest, and over your abdomen can stimulate lymph flow and support detox pathways. (Think of it as a gentle traffic director for your body’s drainage system.)
You don’t need a spa day or a silent retreat. You just need to give your body a few minutes to remember: You’re safe. You can slow down now.
