I love targeting my hamstrings and it's easier especially if you have access to a gym with hamstring machines, but I like having a few targeted Dumbbell/ Kettle Bell / (or even using a water jug) exercises that I can add in at a gym or do from home. Here are 6 Hamstring exercises to try:
