May: 30 Day Move your Body Challenge

Body movement can look different for everyone. Use this 30 days of inspiration to move your body at least 30 times this month! Check off a square every time you accomplish one of these fun and sometimes challenging moves that maybe you wouldn't normally do. This is not an all or nothing, meaning if you can do MORE than listed - GO for it! If you don't have access to a pool, take a walk instead. Make it FUN and just MOVE for May!
